Dialog:
Monroe [sitting on a couch next to Wendy, who is sitting on a chair]: How have you been, Wendy?

Wendy: Oh, busy as usual, Monroe. I'm taking four C level courses, one with a lab.
Wendy: I'm working for the Daily and the Telephone Helpline, plus I'm on work study. So I'm quite busy.     Wendy: What about you, Monroe? What have you been doing? Besides watching TV, I mean.     Monroe: Besides watching TV?

Notes:
A "C" level course is now known as a 300-series course, and is typically for students with Junior standing.

There was no cable TV in 1982, only a half-dozen over-the-air broadcast stations.
